Warranty Terms & Return Process

Warranty Information

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all devices from the date of original purchase on paid orders. If your device fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge within the 1-year period. Warranty replacements are processed after we receive the returned item. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidents, misuse, improper use, or modifications

  • Theft or loss

  • Use with unauthorized accessories or in a manner not intended

  • Connection to an incorrect power source or voltage

  • Repairs or servicing by unauthorized personnel

This warranty applies only to the original purchase and only with a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number) from an authorized retailer or reseller. Warranty replacements are issued once the defective item has been received and inspected.

This warranty is valid only when the device is used with authorized accessories (such as the original charging cable). The warranty does not cover SkinCurrent skincare products, which are subject to our Return Policy only.

SkinCurrent is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the device. All implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited to one year from the date of original purchase.
